Old School Swallow
When it
comes to old school traditional tattoos, swallow is one of most popular
designs. Swallow represents home sickness, which everybody, every traveller has
his home place and eventually he will get back there.
In Daisy O. Store I have this lovely swallow with cherry in it’s mouth. Maybe it doesn’t
look entirely traditional old school. It’s kind of a little bit cute and
adorable, but I like it. It’s actually one of my favourite designs. This chubby
swallow is a combination two styles – cute and truly old school tattoo. I’d
like both styles and it was my intention to make it look that way.
The
swallow is the best design for buttons, t-shirts, belt buckles, but as usual
it’s available on dozens of Zazzle products. Bags, candy jars, pet bowls and
Kindle cases for example. Excellent idea for present for anyone who love

Día de los Muertos Mermaid
My basic
idea is to make from Daisy O. Store the place with really high quality awesome
designs which could be easily transferred to many Zazzle Products. I’d like
these products and these designs to be some way connected to Art of Traditional
Tattooing. It became some kind of natural evolution I started Día de los Muertos
corner in my store.
Día de los Muertos ( Day of The Dead) is traditional Mexican holiday and the idea on it
basis is very similar to All Saint Day - Pay respect to the ancestors who past
away. But Mexicans made from this holiday very colourful, spectacular and
amazing festival with lot of food, music and crazy decorations, like skulls
made of sugar or altars of flowers dedicated to the dead.
During
this holiday girls paint their faces to make it similar to skull. This make up
is really amazing with lots of details and colours. This sugar skull make up was
inspiration for my another illustration – Día de los Muertos Mermaid.
This
mermaid is amazingly beautiful girl with long red hair and sugar skull make up.
It’s one of my favourite designs and soon after I published her in my store, she
became best-seller. It was quite obvious
because all these decoration of Mexican Day of The Dead are part of pop
culture. They are popular among subcultures and in normal fashion also.
We offer

Sweet & Scary Skeleton Girl
I really
love this illustration. I really do. First I drawn only one girly skull with
haircut in old 50s rockabilly style. And then I said to myself…Hey! Maybe I can
make whole girl – crazy scary (but also kind of sweet) girl with cupcake. That
would be something.
So I made
her completely like old fashion Pin Up girl. Those type You can always meet in
bars, while they eating pancakes and drinking soda. Waiting for her Rockabilly
Prince Charming in red Cadillac.
But wait!
She’s not that sweet and adorable as I describe. Skeleton girl in road bar? I
don’t think so. At least not ordinary one. Only those bars near cemeteries have
visitors like that. And probably during Halloween night.
Actually
this girl is one of the best selling illustrations I have in Daisy O. Zazzle Store. Though it’s one of my favorite designs, I didn’t expect that. So it was
for me very pleasant surprise. Products that are most popular: t-shirt, mobile
phone covers and Ipad cases. This girl in my opinion suits perfectly as
decoration of Iphone case, for example. And it’d me perfect gift for any

I wanna Riot!
I always
have been huge fan of Tattoos and all tattoos inspire designs and illustrations.
Especially I love one particular style, know as Old School or just traditional
Style. I proudly wear few tattoos of my own and there was blooming a little
idea in my head about opening some small business dedicated to Old School
tattooing craft. Thanks to Zazzle I finally have opportunity to present my
style of illustrations inspired by art of Tattooing. Few months ago I opened
Daisy O. – Riot Designs, online store on Zazzle platform. You can purchase
there many amazing designs putted on dozens of different products. We offer
there t-shirts, mugs, iPad cases, bags, posters, pillows and many more. As for
available graphic designs, we have skulls, mermaids, swallows, anchors, hearts
and many more. My whole concept about this store is still evolving. I had
plenty of new ideas, which I definitely put into life. My recent designs are
sugar skulls, Catarinas and all Dia de Muertos (Day of The Dead) Mexican kind
of things. I’ve just realized that this style suits perfectly to my store.
On this
blog I try to present all stuff that is available in the store, a little bit
closer. I try first of all, describe the designs, and show and reveal my
inspirations. Beside that I hope that everyone who loves Old School Tattoos
like me, will be very attracted by this web page. I will present my products at
regular basis, so I strongly recommend following (of course if You like what I
